The Town of Midland, North Carolina (pop. 3,410) is accepting applications from those interested in serving as Town Attorney. This is a position required under North Carolina General Statute ยง160A-173. Under the form of government used in the Town of Midland, the Town Attorney is appointed directly by the Mayor and Town Council. The Town of Midland operates under a Mayor-Council form of government.
